COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT TRAINING COURSE

This international training course has been designed  to present an 8-stage commissioning process that an increasing number of project teams are adopting in order to meet the challenges of the 21^st century built environment.

The training will then be taken through the 8 stages to describe the activities that project teams should be undertaking at each stage and to present guidance and tools that delegates can take back to their project teams and implement.

The 8 stages we will be covering over 2 days is.

1.    The Preparation Stage

2.    The Design Stage

3.    The Pre-construction Stage

4.    The Construction Stage

5.    The Commissioning Stage

6.    The Pre-handover Stage

7.    Initial Occupant Support

8.    Post Occupancy Aftercare.
