The 2013 MECSC Shopping Centre Directory is underway and will be released in a few weeks!

The MECSC Shopping Centre Directory had been a valuable resource of retail real estate industry information in the Middle East and North Africa.

Now on its 11th year of publication, the Directory provides you with a comprehensive listing of over 500 shopping centres and mixed-use centres throughout the MENA region.

Information for each listing, when available, includes:

 - Centre location

- Year opened/opening

- Mall size

- GLA size

- Number of retail outlets

- Number of parking spaces

- Weekly and annual footfall

- Anchor/Notable Tenants

- Information of owner/developer, leasing agent, management company, architect, consultant, contractor

- Contact details
